We are a small family maple syrup operation with roots in the Matawatchan area, going back over half a century.   Spring time  in the Ottawa Valley has always been synonymous  with Maple Syrup Season.  Over the years our passion for maple syrup has evolved from a recreational activity and hobby into a small family operation, with a focus on continually refining  and adapting the process in order to ensure quality maple syrup.   We are proud of our product and trust our customers will fall in love with the sweet tasting maple syrup, also known as Matawatchan Gold.
